Permanent Makeup Pre and Post Procedure Instructions

Pre-Procedure Guidelines

Careful preparation is essential for optimal pigment retention and skin healing. Please follow these instructions for 48-72 hours prior to your session:

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and energy drinks.
  • Do not take aspirin, ibuprofen, or any blood-thinning medications unless prescribed by a doctor.
  • Discontinue use of Retin-A, AHAs, and BHAs near the procedure area for at least one week.
  • Ensure you are well-rested and hydrated.

Immediate Aftercare (Days 1–7)

Your new permanent makeup is a fresh wound. Keeping it clean and protected is your priority during the first week:

  • Gently blot the area with a clean, damp cotton pad to remove excess lymph fluid.
  • Apply the provided aftercare ointment sparingly (only a rice-grain size amount) twice daily.
  • Avoid direct water contact, steam, and heavy sweating.
  • Do not pick, scratch, or peel any flaking skin, as this will pull pigment out.

Long-Term Maintenance

To preserve the vibrancy and longevity of your results, please observe the following:

  • Always apply SPF 30+ to the area once fully healed to prevent fading from UV exposure.
  • Avoid chemical peels and laser treatments directly over the pigmented skin.
  • Schedule your 6-12 week touch-up appointment to refine the shape and color density.

Semi and permanent makeup cost will be determined at consultation as it depends on the area covered.

Individually placed freckles at $10, beauty marks for $25, and fine line ink from $200.

Refined Eyeliner: $375 for upper or lower, or $625 for a dual set. Eyelid shading is $375, featuring 6 months of inclusive touch-up care.

Add lip liner for $100 with any lip shading service. Shading is $425, including two sessions and 6 months of care.
